INTUITIVE LSAT TUTORING

Personalized LSAT Tutoring

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Ed! An ex-lawyer who is now a full time teacher in New York City, my passion is teaching and I have hundreds of hours of LSAT tutoring experience. I worked with many students from a wide variety of backgrounds, and my goal is to always provide my students with support that magnifies their strengths and helps them grow in areas they find challenging.

My highest official LSAT score was a 177, but I was certainly not one of those fortunate few for whom a high LSAT score came naturally! I took the test 3 times and dealt with all the things that most test takers struggle with: test anxiety, stagnant practice score tests, scoring higher in practice than on the actual exam, and all the other wonderful frustrations that come with LSAT test prep! I am here to tell you, that if I can achieve my target score, so can you!

The tutor-student dynamic is an incredibly important part of your success. So let's see if I am the right fit for you. Book a free, no obligation tutoring session today!

LSAT Tutor

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Yes. 100% free, no catch

But why?

First, I want you to do well. A good tutor-student relationship is crucial to your success. There are hundreds of LSAT tutors out there with many different philosophies and teaching styles. I want to make sure we're the right fit.

Second, I know that my tutoring techniques are effectiveI am confident that once you've had the chance to experience my tutoring style, you'll want to continue our work together. I don't lecture, I guide. During our sessions, you show me how you approach the LSAT content and then based on that we discuss ways to accentuate your strengths and develop the areas that need some additional work. Together, we will make your thinking visible and replicable. There's always one right answer and four wrong answers. By exploring your thinking and honing your technique, you'll be able to to always answer the why and the what. Why is a particular answer correct? What makes the other four answers incorrect?

What do you charge after the first free session?

If you choose to continue, I charge $130/hr

What do I need to have for my free session?

  • I'll ask that you have an LSAC PrepPlus account set up. That gives you access to all published LSAT tests.

  • I'll also ask for the results from your most recent prep test, if available. This will help me prepare for our session

  • Finally, after you book your session I'll send you an e-mail with a few additional questions about your LSAT experience and prep. Again, all of this will help me think through the content that we should cover in our first session
